Maybe it’s because I’ve spelled Khachapuri incorrectly like 1000 times and google is totally stalking me because of it… but these Georgian eggy cheese boats are taking over all of my social media feeds! And since I couldn’t deal with the lack of deliciousness in my life, I decided to put my FOMO to rest and made one for myself my friends.

So what makes this magical dish so spesh? Imagine a flatbread mixed with a pizza mixed with a creamy soup-filled bread bowl. Khachapuri is basically the epitome of cheesy carby goodness with an egg on top. To eat it, you rip off the sides and use the crust to stir and scoop up the molten cheese that resides in the middle. Florida Foodie Road Trip – Florida Blueberry Festival, Brooksville FL

Each spring, the city of Brooksville hosts its annual Blueberry Festival to celebrate Florida’s blueberry harvest. And although most people don’t associate the Sunshine State with blueberries, it turns out that we’re really, really good at growing them!

Since I’m a blueberry-loving girl and grew up picking these sweet yet tart little fruits at my Meme’s farm, I was super excited when VISIT FLORIDA asked us to cover this tasty festival. Not only were there a ton of creative street food vendors, but there’s also a local blueberry market where you can buy all things (you guessed it) blueberry related, and a super-fun 1,000-foot waterslide that runs down the heart of downtown Brooksville. Today was just one of those days. I woke up with a slight hangover from partying way too hard with my Grandma and Grandpa. (Yes, you read that correctly.
