What is Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip with Buffalo Cauliflower?
Buffalo Cauliflower with Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip is a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional buffalo chicken wings.
The star of the show is definitely the Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip.
It's a refreshing and creamy dip that's super easy to make. All you need is your favorite cottage cheese and a ranch seasoning packet.
Blend them together with a food processor, immersion blender or regular blender until smooth.
The dip provides a cool and tangy contrast to the heat of the buffalo cauliflower.
To compliment the cottage cheese ranch, I love pairing it with cauliflower florets that are roasted until crispy and then tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce.
The cauliflower takes on a similar taste to chicken wings, making it a popular choice for those looking for meatless options or wanting to incorporate more vegetables into their diet.

To make this delicious vegetarian dish, we're going to start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees.

Bake for 10 minutes then turn on the broiler for 3-5 or until the tops are crispy and golden.

Frequently asked questions
Can I prepare Buffalo Cauliflower with Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip in advance?
Totally! But to be honest, the cauliflower is best enjoyed immediately after roasting for maximum crispiness. But when it comes to the cottage cheese ranch, you can absolutely prepare it in advance. Just store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
How can I adjust the flavors of the Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip?
My easy Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip can be easily customized. If you prefer a tangier dip, you can add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a bit of zippy white vinegar. For herb lovers, you can experiment with different herbs like dill, parsley, or chives to enhance the flavor. I always recommend getting creative and making it your own liking!
Can I fry the cauliflower instead of baking it?
Absolutely! Baking the cauliflower is a way easier and healthier, but you can also fry the florets to achieve a crispier texture. To fry the cauliflower, heat vegetable oil in a large pot or skillet until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Dip each floret in a thick batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, remove from the oil, and toss in the Buffalo sauce.
