If you're the type who loves a post-Thanksgiving sandwich stacked with turkey, cranberry, and cheese, then this is about to be your new obsession! This recipe turns that classic combo into a snackable masterpiece that's perfect for grazing before dinner or serving at a Friendsgiving happy hour.
The honey mustard kettle chips add the perfect tangy crunch, while creamy Roth Havarti melts into every nook and cranny. Then you've got the honey roasted turkey for that cozy, savory bite, plus a little arugula for freshness and a dab of cranberry jelly for that signature sweet-tart holiday finish. It's got all the Thanksgiving vibes without any of the effort. And honestly, it might be the first thing to disappear off the table.
Ingredients & Substitutions
- Honey Mustard Kettle Chips: The base that gives every bite a perfect crunch and tang. Regular kettle chips work, but the honey mustard flavor really ties everything together.
- Arugula: Adds a peppery freshness that balances the creamy cheese and salty turkey. You could also try baby spinach if you want something milder.
- Honey Roasted Turkey: Adds that sweet-savory Thanksgiving flavor. Any thinly sliced deli turkey or leftover roast turkey will work great.
- Roth Creamy Havarti: Melty, buttery, and mild. Havarti is the perfect cheese for this combo. Brie or Fontina would also be great swaps.
- Whole Bean Cranberry Jelly: Adds sweetness and texture. Feel free to use regular cranberry sauce, hot pepper jelly, or even fig jam if you're feeling fancy.
- Finishing Olive Oil: This just adds a little flavor that makes the whole thing feel fancy!
How to Make It
This recipe couldn't be easier... just layer and serve!
