These Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Salad Sliders combine two iconic comfort foods into one ridiculously craveable bite. Crispy pepperoni pizza meets cool, crunchy Caesar salad, all tucked inside buttery King's Hawaiian rolls.

Why You'll Love It
If you've ever stared at a menu torn between pizza and salad, these sliders are your answer. They're warm, cheesy, crunchy, and just fresh enough to make you feel balanced. The buttery Hawaiian rolls get toasted until golden, creating the perfect garlic bread base for melty mozzarella and crispy pepperoni cups. That hot, savory layer pairs shockingly well with cool Caesar salad tossed with lemon, parmesan, and plenty of cracked pepper.
Because of that, these sliders are ideal for game day, casual parties, or nights when dinner needs to feel fun without being complicated. They come together fast, use mostly store-bought shortcuts, and feel way more impressive than the effort required. You can make them under the broiler, which means no oven babysitting and faster cook time.
They also hit that sweet spot between savory, indulgent and fresh. The pizza layer satisfies the comfort-food craving, while the Caesar salad adds crunch, acidity, and contrast. It's the kind of recipe people talk about after the party and immediately ask for the instructions.
If you love sliders that push the rules a little, this one belongs in your regular rotation.
Ingredients & Substitutions
- King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls: These add buttery sweetness and toast beautifully. Any soft slider rolls will work in a pinch.
- Salted Butter: Softened butter helps everything brown evenly under the broiler. Unsalted butter works too. Just add a pinch of salt to make up for it.
- Garlic Salt: This seasons the bread quickly and evenly. Garlic powder plus salt is a fine swap.
- Pizza Sauce: Use your favorite jarred sauce or homemade. Marinara works just as well.
- Low-Moisture Mozzarella: This melts smoothly without getting watery. Fresh mozzarella is not recommended here because it's too watery.
- Pepperoni Cups: Crispy edges make all the difference. Regular pepperoni slices also work.
- Bagged Caesar Salad: A total shortcut win. Use any chopped romaine Caesar kit you love. Obvs could make your own if you're into that!
- Lemon Juice: Brightens the salad and cuts through the richness. Fresh is best.
- Parmesan Cheese: Adds salty bite to finish the sliders. Use freshly grated if possible. Or grab pecorino or asiago or any other hard aged italian cheese.
- Fresh Cracked Pepper: Don't skip it. It ties everything together.

How to Make It
These sliders come together quickly, so having everything ready makes it extra smooth.
- TOAST THE ROLLS: Split the rolls in half and place both halves cut-side up on a lined baking sheet. Smear with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil for a few minutes, rotating as needed, until lightly toasted.
- BUILD THE PIZZA BASE: Remove the top buns and set aside. Spread pizza sauce on the bottom buns, add mozzarella, then top with pepperoni. Broil again until the cheese melts and the pepperoni crisps.
- TOSS THE SALAD: Add the Caesar salad kit to a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently.
- ASSEMBLE: Let the pizza base cool slightly. Top with Caesar salad, parmesan, and cracked pepper. Add the top buns and serve immediately.
