Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Salad Sliders
These Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Salad Sliders combine two iconic comfort foods into one ridiculously craveable bite. Crispy pepperoni pizza meets cool, crunchy Caesar salad, all tucked inside buttery King’s Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 12 pack King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter Softened
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ⅓ Cup Pizza Sauce
- 4 Ounces Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- ⅓ Cup Pepperoni Cups
- 1 small bag Caesar Salad Kit
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Split the rolls in half and place both halves cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread butter on the cut sides and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Broil until lightly toasted, rotating the pan as needed.
- Remove from the oven and set the top buns aside.
- Spread pizza sauce on the bottom buns, add mozzarella, then top with pepperoni.
- Broil again until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is crispy.
- Add the Caesar salad kit to a bowl and toss with lemon juice.
- Let the pizza base cool slightly, then top with Caesar salad, parmesan, and cracked pepper.
- Add the top buns and serve immediately.
