  • Prepare the pickled red onions according to the recipe on the blog.
  • Make the Easy Grilled Chicken recipe and the grilled corn and let the chicken rest.
  • While the chicken is resting, add half of the feta, shaved grilled corn, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and one pinch of flaky salt to a large bowl.
  • Gently toss to combine.
  • Place the avocado corn salad over the grilled chicken.
  • Top with the pickled red onions, remaining feta cheese, a drizzle of hot honey, a drizzle of olive oil, and the remaining pinch of flaky salt.
  • Serve immediately.
