This easy steakhouse burger bowl recipe is loaded with crispy seasoned potatoes, savory ground beef, bacon, tomatoes, pickled red onions and creamy blue cheese dressing. It's everything you love about a classic hamburger transformed into an easy, flavor-packed bowl.
Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, kosher salt, garlic powder, 2 teaspoons steak seasoning and paprika.
Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Roast for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add beef and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Break it up into small pieces (not ground up into tiny bits) and let pan fry, without moving, until golden brown and crispy.
Once almost cooked through, add onion and cook down for 5 more minutes or until tender. Drain any excess grease if necessary.
Stir Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard into the beef. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the crispy potatoes among four bowls.
Top each bowl with seasoned ground beef, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, pickled red onions, crispy onion bits and fresh chives.
Drizzle generously with blue cheese dressing and finish with flaky salt and freshly cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
