Caprese Pasta Salad
This tasty Caprese Pasta Salad is loaded with tons of my favorite Italian flavors. It’s light, refreshing, and super colorful making it the perfect summer dinner side dish!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Arugula
- ½ lb Farfalle Pasta cooked and cooled
- 12 oz Container Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers chopped
- ½ cup Pink Pickled Onions
- 8 oz Mini Mozzarella Pearls
- ½ cup Basil roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup Garlic Expressions
- ¼ cup White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic grated or minced
- Flaky Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss.
- Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
