These vodka sauce chicken parm sliders are everything I love about a classic chicken parmesan—but mini, melty, and made for sharing! We’re talking golden brown Hawaiian sweet rolls stuffed with crispy chicken nuggets, tangy vodka sauce, loads of melty cheese, and a buttery garlic salt topping that makes them basically irresistible.

Why You’ll Love It
This vodka sauce loaded chicken parm slider recipe is peak comfort food meets viral hypeness.
It uses frozen breaded chicken tenders or nuggets (whatever your favorite brand is), which makes prep super quick—no dredging, frying, or mess. Plus, if you have kids, you prob already have some in your freezer that would work perfectly!
Then we load them onto King’s Hawaiian rolls, spoon on warm vodka sauce (or tangy marinara sauce if that’s what you have), and top it all off with provolone, mozzarella, and, if you’re feeling fancy, a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese for good measure.
Once everything’s layered up, we brush the top buns with olive oil and garlic salt and bake them until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
If you're feeling extra, you could also make my garlic bread spread butter mixture or even melt butter with garlic powder in a small saucepan and brush that on if you're craving full garlic butter vibes.
These chicken parmesan sliders are fast, cheesy, and the perfect easy party food or weeknight dinner that feels just a little indulgent.
All in all, these mini sandwiches are perfect for game day, potlucks, or a lazy Sunday dinner with zero stress. Just serve with a big salad or some chips and you’re good to go.
Ingredients & Substitutions
This recipe keeps it simple with a short ingredient list and lots of easy swaps if needed. You can find exact amounts in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Sweet Rolls: Like most of my slider recipes, I love using King’s Hawaiian rolls for the slight sweetness, but any pull-apart slider buns will work.
- Chicken Nuggets: Use any breaded chicken tenders or nuggets you love—just cook them first and chop before layering.
- Vodka Sauce: Store-bought makes this extra fast, but homemade or tangy marinara sauce works too.
- Provolone & Mozzarella: The combo of sharp and melty cheese is a must. Add parmesan cheese if you want extra richness.
- Olive Oil or Garlic Butter: Drizzle olive oil on top or mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl to brush on before baking.
- Garlic Salt: Gives the buns more texture and that savory finish without extra effort.
- Optional Ingredients: Add a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese before serving if you want!
How to Make It
This is one of those chicken parm sliders recipes you’ll find yourself making again and again. Here's how ya do it:
- PREHEAT THE OVEN: Set your oven to 375°F and let it come to temperature while you prep everything.
- PREP THE ROLLS: Slice the sweet rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Set the tops aside.
- LAYER IT UP: Evenly distribute the chopped chicken nuggets over the bottom buns. Spoon on the warm vodka sauce, then sprinkle on the provolone and mozzarella. If you're adding parmesan cheese, now’s the time.
- TOP & BRUSH: Place the top halves of the buns over the sliders. Drizzle with olive oil and brush it in then finish with a sprinkle of garlic salt.
- BAKE & REST: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes if you want that golden brown, toasty finish.
- SERVE & SAVE: Let them rest at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
