This gooey grilled cheese is loaded with Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter, salty prosciutto, tangy goat cheese, buttery muenster cheese and crisp apple. It's the perfect grilled cheese recipe for Fall!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1.5 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Goat Cheese Crumbled
  • 3 slices Prosciutto
  • ½ medium sized Apple thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Muenster Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Salted Butter

Instructions

  • Smear the pumpkin butter onto one slice of sourdough then top with crumbled goat cheese.
  • Add the prosciutto and apple evenly across the sandwich then add the muenster.
  • Close the sandwich up with the top piece of bread.
  • Smear butter on the outside of the bread.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sandwich. Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping as needed, until the bread is crispy golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
