These Tajin Feta Sheet Pan Fajitas are the easiest way to get bold, zesty flavor on the table with minimal effort and maximum deliciousness. They're packed with juicy chicken, sweet peppers, and a tangy feta twist that takes things over the top!
Add the strips of chicken, red and yellow peppers, and red onion directly to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning and toss until everything is well coated.
Spread mixture into a single, even layer. Sprinkle Tajin feta crumbles evenly on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are roasted.
Remove from oven, drizzle with lime juice, and toss with chopped cilantro. Toss so the melty cheese gets all over everything and be sure to scrape up any crispy cheesy bits on the bottom of the pan for extra goodness.
