This savory, spicy, and creamy avocado breakfast grilled cheese is packed full of everything you need to start your day -- Melty cheese, avocado, sriracha and soft boiled eggs griddled between two slices of multigrain bread.

  • 2 slices Multigrain Bread
  • 1 cup Muenster Cheese
  • ½ ripe Avocado sliced
  • 1 large Soft Boiled Egg (boiled for 8 minutes)
  • ½ tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 pats Salted Butter

Instructions

  • Place half of the cheese on to one slice of toast followed by the half of the cheese, the avocado, the egg, and the sriracha. Top with the remaining cheese and the top piece of bread.
  • Butter the outside of the sandwich and place it in a cast iron skillet or panini press over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until both sides for about 5-7 minutes until it's golden and crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
