A splash of white wine vinegar to make it more tangy
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. avocado oiloptional
Instructions
Simply add all the ingredients to a blender except the oils and pulse until incorporated. Slowly blend or whisk in about a half cup of olive oil and then add a few tablespoon avocado oil until it reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and possibly a little more sugar if needed.
