Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders
This Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders recipe is the perfect dish to make over the weekend. Sweet Hawaiian rolls are baked with cheesy eggs, bacon and spicy mayo.

For the Cheesy Scrambled Eggs 2 tablespoon Salted Butter 12 medium Eggs ½ teaspoon kosher salt 1.5 cup Cheddar For the Breakfast Sliders 1 12 pack Kings Hawaiian Rolls 1 recipe Spicy Mayo (listed above) 1 recipe Cheesy Scrambled Eggs (listed above) 1 3.5 oz bag Precooked Bacon (or about 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon) 2 tablespoon Chives 6 slices American Cheese 2 tbsp Melted Salted Butter
For the Cheesy Scrambled Eggs Crack 12 eggs into a large bowl and add salt. Use a whisk to whisk them together until they're uniformly yellow and combined.
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted and bubbly, slowly pour in the eggs. Continuously stir the eggs and continue cooking until they’re about 75% done.
Add the cheddar cheese and a few dashes of hot sauce. Keep stirring the eggs until the cheese has melted and the eggs are cooked through. Set aside.
For the Breakfast Sliders Spray a baking dish (the one I use is linked above) with nonstick spray. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and break them into individual pieces.
Add the bottom buns followed by a heavy smear of the spicy mayo - if more is leftover, set it to the side for serving.
Now add the the cheesy scrambled eggs, the bacon, the chives, and the american cheese.
Place the remaining half of the buns on top and brush with melted butter.
Place the baking dish in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the buns are toasted and crisp and the cheese has melted. .
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with more spicy mayo for dunking.
