Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Boneless New York Strip Steak room temp
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Salted Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 Demi Baguette cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 round Caramelized Onion & Herb Boursin
  • Balsamic Glaze for finishing
  • Flaky Salt for finishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut room temperature steaks into small cubes and toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and steak in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove steak pieces and turn off the heat. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary, stirring to create a garlic butter sauce.
  • Return steak to the pan and toss in the butter mixture.
  • Preheat the broiler. Arrange baguette squares on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Broil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Spread Boursin on each piece of toasted baguette. Add steak cubes and drizzle with pan drippings.
  • Finish with balsamic glaze and flaky salt before serving.
