1 lb Boneless New York Strip Steak room temp 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt ½ teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil 3 tablespoon Salted Butter 3 tablespoon Fresh Garlic minced 1 tablespoon Rosemary finely chopped 1 Demi Baguette cut into squares 2 tablespoon Olive Oil 1 round Caramelized Onion & Herb Boursin Balsamic Glaze for finishing Flaky Salt for finishing

Cut room temperature steaks into small cubes and toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and steak in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Remove steak pieces and turn off the heat. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary, stirring to create a garlic butter sauce.
Return steak to the pan and toss in the butter mixture.
