Black Eyed Pea Dip

This black eyed pea dip is inspired by Pies & Thighs, which is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. It’s a full of flavor and is super easy to whip up. Serve it with chips or as a salad.

Ingredients

Black Eyed Peas
drained and rinsed
½
cup
Red Onion
finely chopped
2
tablespoon
Relish
2
Scallions
finely diced
½
cup
Cilantro
roughly chopped
1-2
tablespoon
Pickled Jalapenos
chopped
2
tablespoon
Red Wine Vinegar
1
tablespoon
Olive Oil
Salt and Pep
a
few dashes
Frank's Hot Sauce to your liking!
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together.
Season with salt and pepper and add as much Frank's Hot Sauce as you like.
