Black Eyed Pea Dip

This black eyed pea dip is inspired by Pies & Thighs, which is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. It’s a full of flavor and is super easy to whip up. Serve it with chips or as a salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15.5 oz Black Eyed Peas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Relish
  • 2 Scallions finely diced
  • ½ cup Cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoon Pickled Jalapenos chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pep
  • a few dashes Frank's Hot Sauce to your liking!

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add as much Frank's Hot Sauce as you like.
