This easy buffalo chicken slider recipe is always the perfect appetizer! I recommend using my crockpot buffalo chicken dip recipe but you can totally use store bought buffalo dip to make your life easier!
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and smear the interior, cut sides with butter. Place the buttered bottom half of the buns, butter side down onto a metal baking sheet.
Next, add the ranch dressing and smear it evenly across the bottom buns. Top with half the sliced Colby jack cheese, all of the buffalo dip, and chives before adding the rest of the cheese.
Place the top buns upside down so the buttery exterior is on the top. Then sprinkle with garlic salt.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy and the cheese has all melted.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
