Disney’s Cheeseburger Spring Rolls are one of my favorite appetizer recipes to get when visiting Magic Kingdom. I like to pair mine with an easy smashburger sauce.
Add beef, onion and seasoned salt to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break up the beef and cook it all the way through.
Strain the fat off and add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and chopped dill pickles.
Turn the heat off and add the cheese. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean work surface angled like a diamond and add 2-3 tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture (depending on the size of the wrapper see picture for visual aid) in a line between the two sides.
Tuck the corners in then roll it up from the bottom - wetting your finger on the last corner to seal the springroll closed.
Repeat until all the beef mixture is used up.
-For the Air Fryer-
Spritz each spring roll with a little bit of cooking spray and place a few of the spring rolls in the air fryer basket - making sure that there is about 1 inch between each one. .
If needed, preheat your air fryer to 380F degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
-For the Deep Fryer -
Get your oil ready for frying by heating it up in a deep frying pan to 370F degrees.
Add a few spring rolls at a time making sure not to crowd the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the spring rolls are golden brown.
Remove from heat and dust with flaky salt. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
