  • 1 lb Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 14oz container Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo
  • 2 tablespoon Honey Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Add shredded Chicken, Greek Yogurt, Honey Mustard, ⅔ of the Pickle de Gallo, and a pinch of Salt and Pepper to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Taste and season with additional Salt and Pepper if needed.
  • Top with the remaining Pickle de Gallo before serving.
  • Serve in Lettuce Wraps, with Potato Chips, or in your Choice of Bread.
