- 3 slices The Fresh Market Bacon
- 1 The Fresh Market Flaky Croissant
- ½ cup The Fresh Market Roasted Chicken Salad
- 1 tablespoon The Fresh Market Organic Honey Mustard
- 1 The Fresh Market Colby Jack Cheese
Instructions
- Place the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping as needed, until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside. Leave about 1 teaspoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
- Split the croissant in half and place it cut side down in the skillet. Toast until the inside is golden and lightly crisp.
- Spread honey mustard on the toasted sides of the croissant. Layer on the bacon and cheese.
- Place the open-faced sandwich on an oven-safe baking dish and transfer under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
