Turkey Cranberry Sliders with Brie (Thanksgiving Recipe!)

Here’s the best way to turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into something crave-worthy — these Turkey Cranberry Sliders with Brie are melty, sweet, and seriously addictive. They’re made with soft Hawaiian rolls, roasted turkey, tart cranberry sauce, and gooey brie baked under a buttery brown sugar glaze until golden brown perfection.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary.
  • Bring to a boil and stir until thick and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
  • Lightly coat a 7x11-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture to the bottom.
  • Slice the entire slab of rolls in half with a bread knife. Place the bottom halves on top of the butter mixture.
  • Layer turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and brie evenly over the rolls.
  • Add the top of the rolls and drizzle with the remaining butter mixture. Brush to coat completely.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove foil and bake 3–5 more minutes if needed.
  • Let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container wrapped in plastic wrap.
