These Crockpot Frozen Meatballs are the easiest way to get dinner on the table fast. With only three ingredients and minutes of prep, this slow cooker meatballs recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or big game days when you just don’t have enough time to cook from scratch.
Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray if desired.
Add frozen Italian meatballs and marinara sauce. Fill the tomato sauce jar about halfway with water and shake it then add it to the crockpot along with the garlic and herb Boursin cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–8 hours.
Stir once halfway through cooking.
