Saucy Nugget Platter with Heluva Good! Dips

This saucy nugget platter is loaded with store-bought crispy chicken tossed in BBQ, garlic parm, and buffalo sauce. It’s the ultimate grab-and-dip snack that disappears before halftime.

  • 6 Cups Popcorn Chicken cooked
  • ½ Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • ½ Cup Spicy Bbq Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 12 oz container Heluva Good! French Onion Dip
  • 1 12 oz container Heluva Good! Jalapeño Cheddar Dip
  • 1 12 oz container Heluva Good! Mike’s Hot Honey Dip
  • Ridged Potato Chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • CRISP THE NUGGETS: Cook the popcorn chicken according to package directions until hot and extra crispy.
  • SAUCE THEM UP: Add the buffalo sauce to a frying pan over medium heat, then add 2 cups popcorn chicken and toss to coat. Repeat with the barbecue sauce and another 2 cups popcorn chicken.
  • MAKE GARLIC PARM SAUCE: In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for 3 minutes, or until fragrant. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, then add the remaining popcorn chicken and toss to coat.
  • PAIR THE FLAVORS: BBQ nuggets go with Jalapeño Cheddar Dip, buffalo nuggets go with Mike’s Hot Honey Dip, and garlic parm nuggets go with French Onion Dip.
  • BUILD THE PLATTER: Arrange the nuggets on a large board or platter with the dips nearby. Add ridged potato chips for dipping and scooping.
  • SERVE: Serve while everything is still warm.
  • SAVE: Leftovers keep well in an airtight container, but don’t expect many!
