These little prosciutto and burrata sandwich sliders are one of my favorite appetizers. They're quick to make and they taste amazing!

Ingredients

King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
(9 slider buns)

Olive Oil

teaspoon
Garlic Salt

Fig Jam

Prosciutto

Arugula

balls
Burrata Cheese

teaspoon
Flaky Salt

White Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Split the Pretzel Slider Buns in half and add them to a baking sheet - interior side up.
Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
Place under the broiler for a few minutes (about 3) or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and smear the bottom buns with fig jam.
Top with prosciutto, arugula, burrata, flaky salt, and a drizzle of white balsamic reduction.
Place the other half of the buns on top and enjoy!
