Prosciutto & Burrata Sandwich Sliders with Fig Jam & Arugula

These little prosciutto and burrata sandwich sliders are one of my favorite appetizers. They're quick to make and they taste amazing!

  • Split the Pretzel Slider Buns in half and add them to a baking sheet - interior side up.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
  • Place under the broiler for a few minutes (about 3) or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and smear the bottom buns with fig jam.
  • Top with prosciutto, arugula, burrata, flaky salt, and a drizzle of white balsamic reduction.
  • Place the other half of the  buns on top and enjoy!
