Place 2 flour tortillas on a baking spaced sheet evenly apart.
Evenly add marinara sauce to the two tortillas doing so in a thin layer. Spread it evenly across the center of the tortillas. Then evenly sprinkle on mozzarella cheese shreds and top with pepperoni.
Place the rimmed baking sheet under the broiler (on high if you have the option) on the bottom rack of your oven. Let the pizza cook for a few minutes or until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove and set aside.
While the pizza is cooking, assemble the salad. Add your ingredients to a large bowl and toss. If you have fresh lemon, add the juice from half of it to wake up your bagged caesar salad. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper before setting aside.
Now make the wraps. Scoop half of the caesar salad onto each one of the tortilla pizzas. Carefully roll up the wrap before serving and enjoy!
