Mini Green Bean Casserole Appetizer Bites for Thanksgiving

These mini green bean casserole bites are inspired by my classic cheesy green bean casserole recipe. They're the perfect holiday appetizer that's absolutely delicious!

  • Preheat your oven to 375F degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine green beans, half of the cheese and half the onions.
  • Top with Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup and salt and stir it all together and set aside.
  • Cut the crescent roll dough into 1.5” squares and add 1 piece to a greased mini muffin tin, stretching to cover the inside of the muffin indentation
  • Add 1 tablespoon of green bean casserole mixture to each pastry square and evenly distribute another pinch cheese and crispy fried onions across the top of the bites.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Remove and let rest for 5-10  minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
