Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb Spicy Pork Sausage room temperature
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 ¼ cups Bisquick
  • ½ cup Pickled Jalapeños drained

For the Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400F degrees.
  • Place the room temp sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, bisquick and jalapenos in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the mixture at a low speed for 1 minute (or use your hands to mash it together!) then turn the speed up and beat for another 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is pretty smooth.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking sheet. Smear the sausage mixture over it evenly from side to side.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add all ingredients for the sauce into a small bowl and stir. Let rest while sausage rolls cook.
  • Add the top halves of the buns and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and place on a serving platter with dipping sauce.
