These Jalapeño Popper Sausage Sliders are cheesy, spicy, and made for sharing. Think classic sausage balls meets jalapeño poppers, all baked into sweet, fluffy Hawaiian rolls with a creamy dunkable sauce on the side.
Place the room temp sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, bisquick and jalapenos in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the mixture at a low speed for 1 minute (or use your hands to mash it together!) then turn the speed up and beat for another 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is pretty smooth.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking sheet. Smear the sausage mixture over it evenly from side to side.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, add all ingredients for the sauce into a small bowl and stir. Let rest while sausage rolls cook.
Add the top halves of the buns and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and place on a serving platter with dipping sauce.
