Instructions
Stack cheese between two slices of bread then butter the exterior of the sandwich.
If your air fryer requires a preheat, go ahead and preheat it. And if your air fryer tends to move things around a lot while in the basket, place a toothpic through the center of your grilled cheese to keep the whole thing in tact.
Place buttered grilled cheese in air fryer basket and set the temperature between 375-400F degrees for 4 minutes. **Not all air fryers cook at the same time so if this is your first time making it, be sure to pay attention to the timing - you might need more or less time depending on the model**
When the timer has gone off, flip it and put it back in for 3 more minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has completely melted.
Carefully remove from air fryer basket, slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes
If you hear the top piece of bread fly off during cooking, open it up, and secure the sandwich in place with a tooth-pic.If you're using sliced cheese, I recommend using 2 slices of cheese.
