Soy Sauce

Honey

Fish Sauce

Sesame Oil
for frying

Instructions
Add all ingredients (except the sesame oil) to a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 3 inches wide.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil to coat the bottom.
Cook the patties in batches, making sure not to crowd the pan. Fry for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Plate and garnish with more chopped scallions, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
