Garlic Cilantro Sauce

This easy Garlic Cilantro Sauce is inspired by Pollo Tropical. It’s made with cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, mayo, and either sour cream or greek yogurt.

  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Lime juiced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with more salt and lime juice to taste.
