Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These Oreo-stuffed chocolate chip cookies are everything you love about cookies and Oreos wrapped up into one decadent dessert. With gooey chocolate chip cookie dough baked around a festive Candy Cane Oreo and topped with peppermint pretzels and flaky salt. This recipe also works for plain oreos - just skip the topping!

- 6 Candy Cane Sandwich Cremes
- 1 package Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough (such as Sweet Lorens)
- ⅓ cup Peppermint Dark Chocolate Pretzels chopped
- ½ teaspoon Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Flatten half the cookie dough balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Top each with a Candy Cane Sandwich Creme, then flatten the remaining cookie dough and seal over the Oreo.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, chop the pretzels.
- Remove cookies from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Sprinkle with pretzels and flaky salt while warm.
Notes
This recipe also works for plain oreos - if you don't want peppermint, just skip the topping and only use flaky salt and plain oreos.
