These Oreo-stuffed chocolate chip cookies are everything you love about cookies and Oreos wrapped up into one decadent dessert. With gooey chocolate chip cookie dough baked around a festive Candy Cane Oreo and topped with peppermint pretzels and flaky salt. This recipe also works for plain oreos - just skip the topping!
Flatten half the cookie dough balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Top each with a Candy Cane Sandwich Creme, then flatten the remaining cookie dough and seal over the Oreo.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, chop the pretzels.
Remove cookies from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Sprinkle with pretzels and flaky salt while warm.
