Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
Servings 12 sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 medium sized Frozen Meatballs
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce (I also use vodka sauce)
  • ½ stick Salted Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley finely minced (plus a little more for garnish)
  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (or 12 slider rolls)
  • 12 small slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Add vodka sauce and meatballs to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, then set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 400F degrees.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter with minced garlic in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for another 15 seconds. Add parmesan cheese and parsley then stir.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of the butter mixture to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place slider buns in the pan.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut out the center of the rolls then brush the top of the rolls with the remaining garlic butter.
  • Add a juicy meatball to each one and top with a spoonful of pasta sauce then add a piece of mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the roll tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
