Easy Broiled Spicy Salmon Recipe (Thai Inspired)

This broiled spicy salmon recipe is super easy to make and has tons of great flavor. Thanks to a simple marinade of sweet chili, red curry paste and ginger, this spicy baked salmon recipe has the perfect combination of flavor and will easily become your new favorite fish recipe.

  • In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, red curry paste and grated ginger. Mix it up and set aside.
  • Place your salmon fillets, skin side down, in an oven safe baking dish or sheet pan.
  • Pour the spicy sauce all over the salmon then stick it under the broiler.
  • Cook for 13-18 minutes or until cooked through and caramelized. The salmon is done when it's cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  • ​Once cooked through, remove the salmon from the oven and top with a squeeze of lime juice, cilantro and crispy fried onion bits.
