Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz block Cream Cheese room temp
  • 1.5 2.25 oz jars Armour dried beef chopped and divided
  • 6 Green Onions thinly sliced and divided
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix together cream cheese, 1 jar of chopped dried beef, 4 chopped green onions, worcestershire saucee, and garlic powder.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together remaining chopped dried beef and chopped scallion.
  • Oil or spray your hands with nonstick spray and shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the dried beef and scallion mixture until it’s thoroughly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

If you don't want to use chipped beef or can't find it, you can definitely swap this recipe out for chopped salami!
