Disney’s Deep Fried Hawaiian Rolls are basically theme park magic you can make at home. Sweet Hawaiian rolls fried golden brown, tossed in cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with condensed milk — a quick, easy dessert the whole family will love.

  • Pour a few inches of oil (enough to submerge the rolls but not too much to overflow) into a Dutch oven with high sides and heat to 360°F.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Pull the sweet rolls apart and fry them in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning often to brown all sides, or until the entire outside is deep golden brown.
  • Remove the rolls from the oil, drain briefly, then toss in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Transfer to a plate, drizzle with condensed milk, and enjoy warm.

I recommend testing a singular roll at first - you want to make sure that the outside gets all golden brown while the inside gets a moist center... rather than a dry bread center.
