This quick and easy hot sauce michelada recipe is made with Mexican beer, lime juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce. The rim of the glass is rolled in tajin, a chili lime seasoning, for even more flavor!
Begin by slicing the lime in half. Run the lime around the lip of the cup a few times until it’s coated in lime juice. Place the tajin on a small plate and rub the lime-juice-covered rim of the cup around in the seasoning until it’s coated. Then carefully fill the cup with ice.
Add the juice from the lime, the hot sauce and the worchestershire into the cup. Fill it with beer and give it a stir. Serve with remaining beer on the side.
