Cheesy Ricotta Meatball Skillet

This cheesy ricotta meatball skillet recipe is one of my favorite easy dishes that's perfect when served as an appetizer or as a meal. I recommend serving it with griddle ciabatta, focaccia, hawaiian buns or even spaghetti.
