Crispy Feta Toast

This crispy feta toast is one of my favorite things to eat these days! I drizzle mine with hot honey for a sweet, spicy and savory crispy snack that's out of this world delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 2 tablespoon feta crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon hot honey
  • nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium high. Once it's hot, lightly spray the center with nonstick spray.
  • Add the crumbled feta to the middle of the pan and let it heat up. It will begin to bubble and separate but you'll want to use a spatula to push it all together in the same shape of the toast.
  • Once bubbling, add the toast right on top of all the feta and let it keep cooking.
  • Once you notice the edges of the feta start to darken and get golden, carefully use a spatula to flip the toast - holding the crispy feta in place with the spatula as you flip it.
  • Cook the other side for a few minutes until it's toasted and golden.
  • Remove from heat and add a drizzle of hot honey.
