This crispy feta toast is one of my favorite things to eat these days! I drizzle mine with hot honey for a sweet, spicy and savory crispy snack that's out of this world delicious!
Heat a nonstick pan over medium high. Once it's hot, lightly spray the center with nonstick spray.
Add the crumbled feta to the middle of the pan and let it heat up. It will begin to bubble and separate but you'll want to use a spatula to push it all together in the same shape of the toast.
Once bubbling, add the toast right on top of all the feta and let it keep cooking.
Once you notice the edges of the feta start to darken and get golden, carefully use a spatula to flip the toast - holding the crispy feta in place with the spatula as you flip it.
Cook the other side for a few minutes until it's toasted and golden.
