Jiffy Spoon Bread Recipe with Cheddar Cheese & Candied Jalapenos
This easy spoon bread recipe is made with jiffy boxed mix! I like to add candied jalapenos for a bit of spice but they are optional.

- 1 cup Mayo
- 6 tablespoon Salted Butter melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 8 oz can Corn drained
- 1 8 oz can Creamed Corn
- 1 8 oz block Sharp Cheddar shredded and divided
- 1 box Jiffy Honey Cornbread Mix
- 2 tablespoon Candied Jalapenos
- ¼ cup Honey for drizzling
Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, dukes mayo, eggs, corn, creamed corn, half the cheddar and the cornbread mix. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Pour into greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar and candied jalapenos. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
Once removed from the oven, drizzle the entire thing with honey and serve.
