Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip
This spicy pimento cheese dip is slightly smokey from the chipotle peppers. It’s such a fun upgrade on this classic southern spread.

Smoked Gouda

Mayo

Sour Cream

Diced Pimento Peppers

teaspoon
Chipotle Paste

hefty pinch
Garlic Powder

hefty pinch
Kosher Salt

Smoked Paprika
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
Use the back of a spoon to break apart the larger cheese shreds.
Wrap up and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken up before serving... if you can wait that long!
