Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Mix together tuna, teriyaki sauce, scallions and a pinch of salt and set aside.
Make spicy mayo by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mixing.
Make smashed avocado by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mashing.
Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until tostada shells are warm and crispy.
Top each of the tostadas shells equally with guac, teriyaki tuna, spicy mayo, toasted sesame seeds and a sprinkle of cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
