Teriyaki Tuna Tostadas

Ingredients
  

Teriyaki Tuna

  • 12 oz Raw Ahi Tuna Steaks
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¼ cup Scallions chopped
  • 4 Tostada Shells

Spicy Mayo

Smashed Avocado

  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 hefty pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Mix together tuna, teriyaki sauce, scallions and a pinch of salt and set aside.
  • Make spicy mayo by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mixing.
  • Make smashed avocado by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mashing.
  • Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until tostada shells are warm and crispy.
  • Top each of the tostadas shells equally with guac, teriyaki tuna, spicy mayo, toasted sesame seeds and a sprinkle of cilantro.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
