Buffalo Fries

These buffalo fries are the perfect vegetarian alternative to buffalo wings! Extra crispy waffle fries are tossed with buffalo sauce and baked with cheddar cheese. Then they’re topped with crumbled blue cheese, a drizzle of ranch dressing and chopped scallions. They’re easy to make and out of this world delicious!

  • cup crumbled blue cheese such as Roth Blue Cheese
  • 2 scallions finely diced
  • ranch dressing such as Hidden Valley

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees or until the cheddar has melted.
