Toss red cabbage, carrots, onion, salt, and 1 teaspoon sugar together in a large bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together lime juice, rice wine vinegar, white sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl then toss it with the cabbage mixture.
Stir in cilantro and mint and season to taste with either more sugar, salt or acid.
For the Asian Hot Dogs
Grill hot dogs according to the directions and lightly toast the buns.
Place one hot dog on one bun then top with the asian slaw. Add a drizzle of kewpie mayo and sriracha and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Repeat for each hot dog. Serve immediately.
