This easy adapted Chicken Shawarma Plate is perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. Not only is this recipe made on a sheet pan but it’s also ready in less than 30 minutes. Below, I’ll teach you how to make it and will share some easy adaptions to customize your plate with what you have!
Combine cumin, garam masala, paprika, turmeric and kosher salt in a small bowl.
Put the sliced chicken, sliced peppers, and onion on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and the spice blend from step 1. Toss everything together and arrange evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and parts are beginning to brown. Turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes to get them a little more crispy and browned.
Remove from oven and toss with cilantro. Set aside and build plate.
FOR THE CUCUMBER SALAD
While the chicken is cooking, toss together all ingredients and set aside.
FOR THE FETA RICE
