Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint (optional) roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional) roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  • Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil and salt and place them face-down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together honey and sriracha and set aside.
  • As soon as the brussel sprouts are done roasting, immediately toss them with the honey sriracha mixture and the cilantro and mint if you're using it.
  • Finish with a little more salt if needed before serving.
