Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

- 1 lb brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil and salt and place them face-down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together honey and sriracha and set aside.
As soon as the brussel sprouts are done roasting, immediately toss them with the honey sriracha mixture.
Finish with a little more salt if needed before serving.
