Spray a waffle press with nonstick spray and add 1 cup of stuffing mix and cook until crispy and golden.
Once the stuffing waffles are ready, smear mashed potatoes onto one side then smear cranberry onto the other.
Add the muenster and close up the sandwich.
Place the stuffing waffle grilled cheese in a pan and turn the heat to medium-low and cook for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and the stuffing waffle is golden brown.
