Ultimate Bagel Breakfast Sandwich Recipe (Egg, Cheese + Ham)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Everything Bagel
  • ½ tablespoon Salted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 slice American Cheese
  • 2 slices Honey Ham
  • ½ large Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Sriracha Sauce
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by toasting your bagel to your desired doneness.
  • As it's toasting, add butter to a large nonstick skillet and heat it over medium-high.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the eggs and sprinkle them with a pinch of kosher salt. When the edges are done and the inner white is starting to turn opaque, carefully flip them and turn the heat down to medium/medium-low.
  • Add the cheeses on top of the eggs and stack them on top of each other.
  • Add the ham to the other side of the skillet to warm it up and slightly brown it.
  • Add the ham on top of the cheese covered eggs and turn the heat off.
  • Once the bagel is done toasting, smear the bottom half of the sandwich with avocado and mash it in. Add a sprinkle of salt.
  • Add the ham, egg and cheese stack on top of the avocado.
  • Smear the inner part of the top half of the bagel with the creamy spicy sriracha sauce and close up the sandwich.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in tinfoil for later.
