Start by toasting your bagel to your desired doneness.
As it's toasting, add butter to a large nonstick skillet and heat it over medium-high.
Once the butter is melted, add the eggs and sprinkle them with a pinch of kosher salt. When the edges are done and the inner white is starting to turn opaque, carefully flip them and turn the heat down to medium/medium-low.
Add the cheeses on top of the eggs and stack them on top of each other.
Add the ham to the other side of the skillet to warm it up and slightly brown it.
Add the ham on top of the cheese covered eggs and turn the heat off.
Once the bagel is done toasting, smear the bottom half of the sandwich with avocado and mash it in. Add a sprinkle of salt.
Add the ham, egg and cheese stack on top of the avocado.
Smear the inner part of the top half of the bagel with the creamy spicy sriracha sauce and close up the sandwich.
Serve immediately or wrap in tinfoil for later.
