Turkey Cranberry Sandwich

This Turkey and Cranberry Sandwich is one of my favorite things to make with Thanksgiving leftovers. This holiday sandwich is made with layers of cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and greens between two buttery slices of sourdough.
