Brie Grilled Cheese with Fig Jam

This brie grilled cheese is made with fig jam and rosemary butter. It’s a simple yet totally delicious combination that’s perfect for Fall.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 4 oz Brie cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Fig Jam
  • 2 pats Salted Butter
  • 2 pinches Dried Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Smear the fig jam onto one slice of bread.
  • Top evenly with the strips of brie.
  • Add the other piece of bread to close the sandwich up.
  • Butter the outside of the bread and hit each side with a pinch of rosemary.
  • Get a fry pan or cast iron hot over medium heat and add the sandwich. Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let rest for one minute before serving.
