Baja Chipotle Sauce

This baja chipotle sauce recipe is incredibly delicious and takes just a few minutes to make. This subway-inspired sauce is perfect for fish tacos, taco salads, sandwiches, wraps, and more!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Mexican Crema or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 large Chipotle Pepper in Adobo or more if you like its spicier
  • ½ large Lime juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the fridge.
